6 WEEK SERIES
INTRO TO VINYASA FLOW
A six-week intro course for men to learn the basics of vinyasa flow yoga to build flexibility, strength and reduce stress. This course is for you if you’d like to try yoga but never felt flexible enough or would prefer not to be in a mixed class.
If there is interest after the course, this could turn into a regular class.
